1) Always ensure your hair is completely clean and dry before using the straightener.
2) Make sure there is no water on the floor or other surfaces near the steam or styling tool.
3) Plug the straightener into an electrical outlet. The straightener may have a polarized plug, one pin of which is larger than the other. In this case, this plug will only fit into an electrical outlet if placed correctly. If the plug does not fit into the socket, make sure you have placed the larger pin in the correct hole. If you cannot insert the plug without difficulty, consult an electrician. Never attempt to force the plug.
4) Connect the styling tool to an electrical outlet and press the "ON / OFF" button inside the handle until the temperature is displayed.
5) The styling tool becomes immediately very hot, but it takes approximately 40 seconds for optimal uniform heat distribution.
6) The styling tool becomes very hot, so make sure it does not come into contact with skin.
7) Let your hair cool down before touching or brushing it.
8) After styling your hair, turn off the styling tool by switching the switch inside to "OFF", unplug it and leave the styling tool to cool completely on a heat-resistant surface before storing it. Never leave the styling tool plugged in or turned on when you are away.
