Available payment methods

The Chicret team offers you a range of payment methods, so you can get the products you want easily, quickly and securely. Choose the method that suits you best.

Cash on delivery

Pay the courier when your order is delivered, no credit card needed. This service costs €3.99. Cash on delivery is only available for orders within Greece.

Debit/credit card

If you have a MasterCard, VISA, Visa Electron or AMEX debit or credit card, you can use it for your purchases through the secure online payment systems of Viva Payments.

When you use your card for the first time, we may ask you to send a copy of your ID and of the card (with the last 4 digits covered) to [email protected]. We ask for your understanding: this extra step exists solely to prevent the use of stolen cards and to protect their rightful owners. These details remain strictly confidential and are never shared with third parties.

PayPal

If you have a PayPal account, you can pay for your order through the secure PayPal platform, which offers extra security and convenience.

IRIS

Use the QR code to pay with IRIS. Open your bank's mobile banking app and scan the QR code, or enter our business tax number (AFM) shown below. Then complete the payment in your banking app.

Your order will be processed once the IRIS payment has been confirmed.

Bank transfer

Pay for your order by bank transfer. Please state your full name and your order number as the payment reference. We check through our online banking connection that the payment has arrived and then ship your order. Please allow 2 working days for the transfer.
