EXCHANGES

In case you wish to change all or part of your order, you must first contact the customer service department by phone or e-mail .

  • In order to change an order, the products to be sent must be in their original condition as well as with all the necessary markings (tags).
  • Any receipt, packing slip or proof of purchase must be included in the shipping package, along with the completed exchange form. Please feel free to share the completed exchange form also by e-mail prior to shipment.
  • The product must be replaced within 14 days from the date you received your order.
  • In the event of an exchange and shipment of a new product, the customer is charged only for the shipment of the new product and not for the return, which will be made at the same time as the delivery of the new product. The first change is FREE !

 

REFUNDS

In case you want a refund, please contact our call center. The return procedure starts as soon as we receive the product .

  • The return of the parcel is done at the sender's charge within 14 working days from the day it was received. It is suggested to contact us if you want to use the partner couriers . In this case the cost of the Courier will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • In order to return an order, the products to be sent must be in their original condition as well as with all the necessary markings (tags, etc.).
  • Any receipt, packing slip or proof of purchase must be included in the shipping package, along with the completed return form.  Please feel free to share the completed exchange form also by e-mail prior to shipment.
  • Refunds are processed within ten (10) working days of receipt of the product, following the original payment method - unless the customer wishes otherwise - either through IRIS .
  • The refund is made on the net value of the products. Any other charges from Courier services (cash on delivery, shipping costs) are non-refundable.
  • In casfree shipping applies to the purchase of the product, in the event that a product is returned because the customer does not want it or regrets bying it, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the amount that will be returned.

WITHDRAWAL

If you have completed the ordering process through the site and for some reason you have changed your mind, you can contact us before the order is sent by email to info@chicret.gr in order to cancel your order .

 

CAUTION:

  • The maximum return period for replacing or returning your order cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days. In case the products are not returned within fourteen (14) calendar days, the company reserves the right not to accept any replacement or return.
  • Returns not are carried out at lingerie, sex toys & earrings for hygiene reasons . Summer Collection & swimwear can only be changed and0 not returned .
  • Returns not will be accepted with a consignee fee or without contacting our customer service department .
  • Changes not performed on lingerie, sex toys & earrings for hygiene reasons.

 

Note: All returned products are subject to thorough quality control. To avoid your own inconvenience, we suggest that you carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products and the intactness of their packaging in order to identify possible problems.
